I have had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Kim’s amazing cuisine throughout her journey, from her food truck to her brick-and-mortar restaurant and private dinners.
As a former New Englander, I absolutely gravitate toward seafood whenever the option presents itself, and Chef Kim knows how to prepare it. Her connection to the Pacific Northwest is evident in every dish. The first thing you notice is the freshness of the ingredients she selects.
Her fish and chips are light, clean, and full of freshness. Her shrimp po’boy rivals any I have had in New Orleans. The shrimp is always cooked perfectly—never overdone.
At one private event, I had her Snapper Veracruz. Once again, she absolutely nailed it. It was so memorable that I still dream about it!
Chef Kim has a real talent for seafood, and her dishes consistently showcase both the quality of her ingredients and her skill as a chef.

I highly recommend Chef Kim for your next event or retreat! She was incredible to work with from start to end. Kim is creative, proactive, flexible, friendly, and organized, which was important for our yoga/spiritual retreats! She has designed and delivered delicious, fresh, customized meals for our group of 18 women for the last two years. Kim adjusts meals to accommodate some of the retreaters’ dietary restrictions so beautifully. Everyone is always delighted by the lunches and dinners that Kim, and her wonderful team provide to nourish us at our Blossom by Being retreats. I absolutely recommend Chef Kim!!

Working with Chef Kim was an absolute pleasure. Her creativity shone through in every stage of developing my special event meal—transforming initial ideas into dishes that were imaginative, beautifully balanced, and deeply memorable. Each plate showcased exceptional taste and thoughtful composition, with ingredients handled at the highest level of quality and care.
Beyond the food itself, collaborating with Chef Kim was effortless and inspiring. She listened closely, refined concepts with artistry, and delivered a dining experience that exceeded expectations. The final menu wasn’t just a meal; it was a crafted culinary moment that delighted every guest.

We had the opportunity to work with Chef Kim a year ago, and immediately planned to bring her in exclusively for the next year.
Chef Kim has this incredible approach to taking care of her clients. If there is something you want, need, or even mention in passing, and there is a way for her to make it happen, she will. She genuinely wants the people she is serving to have exactly what they need to enjoy the experience.
She and her team worked nonstop throughout the event, making sure it was exactly as we envisioned. Every guest made comments about how great the team was.
And, of course, the food was incredible. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and exceeded all expectations. But what makes Chef Kim so special is that she is so much more than an incredible chef. She cares about the people she is working with, builds relationships with them and that what makes the event.
As an event planner, having someone like Chef Kim on your team is what makes a good event into an incredible event. I knew I could trust her completely, and there truly was nothing I could have asked from her or her team that they wouldn’t have done their best to make happen.
We could not have asked for a better chef, a better team, or better partners for this event. Chef Kim and her team are exceptional.

Kimberley is a Rockstar Chef! My hubby hired her for a tailgate lunch to celebrate my retirement at a Polo Match. The food was amazing! Delicious beef and shrimp topped two different salads, a charcuterie appetizer, and the yummiest dessert: Lemon Olive Oil cake. Kimberley made sure every detail was taken care of, including fresh flowers on the serving table, and made our day very special with friends.
